Startup: Sorry, your license file was not found

 

When you startup JeSTeR you receive the error message “Sorry, your license file was not found”.

 

Explanation:

The application was unable to find the License File specified in the configuration file.

 

Resolution:

When the message comes up you will need to find the License.JSTR file on your computer. By default the License.JSTR file will be found in the C:\Program Files\Thornberry Consulting LLC\JeSTeR directory. If it is in a different directory you will need to find it in the new location.

 

Once you select the License.JSTR file JeSTeR should open without a problem.
